At Mana Temple, we honour that every body moves differently — and each day brings its own needs. Our class offerings reflect this, with some practices building internal heat and strength, and others inviting softness, rest and stillness.

At heart, we are a vinyasa-based yoga studio in Kyneton, offering a dynamic blend of movement and mindfulness.
