Everybody moves differently and every day asks for something new. Some classes will create internal heat while others ask for softness.
We are a vinyasa studio at heart and love to bring a playful challenge to the mat meeting the needs of those seeking to deepen (or simply begin) their practice. Our teachers are inspired by yoga, somatics, strength, stillness and everything in between. What matters most is that it feels good in your body. Expect classes that build strength, regulate your nervous system, and move energy through.
We offer a balance of “more fire” and “more softness” across the week and encourage temple seekers to hit that sweet spot of balance.
STRONG. SPICY. REGULATING AS HELL.
This is our signature vinyasa class. Sweaty, strong, and full of focus. You’ll move like you mean it, then land like a boss in stillness. Don’t worry, it’s not about how bendy you are it’s about how honest you’re willing to be on the mat. Each teacher brings their own flavour and no two classes are the same.

MANA FLOW
NOURISHING. SWEET. SUPER JUICY FOR YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM.
Half vinyasa, half yin. Starting with gentle focus and intentional movement, ending with deep fascia release. In this class, you'll often find sound instruments melting you further into your poses or savasana. A full recalibration in 60 minutes

MELLOW FLOW
UNRUSHED. GROUNDING. BEGINNER FRIENDLY.
All the vinyasa feels, just slower. We give you time to land, breathe, and actually feel the flow. There’s lots of time for finding the alignment and feeling of the pose. Expect a variety of entry level sequences with some playful balances to gently build your strength and confidence. Still strong. Still spicy. Just more chill in your system.
Ideal for beginners, and those seeking something a more gentle flow.
SLOW FLOW
UNWIND. RESTORE. RESET YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM.
Still Flow is a deeply restorative yoga class featuring long-held floor poses designed to release tension and promote profound relaxation. With poses held for 3 to 5 minutes, this practice nurtures your body and calms your mind — perfect for reducing stress and balancing your nervous system.
