The Move. Feel. Heal. Movement.
Mana Temple was created because we believe mental health needs more than somewhere to go when things have already become too much.
We need places to move our bodies. To slow down. To feel what we're carrying. To breathe, rest, gather and feel part of something.
We believe healing doesn't always happen in silence on a treatment table. Sometimes it happens through movement. Sometimes around a shared table. Sometimes while creating, laughing, learning or simply sitting beside people who make you feel less alone.
Move. Feel. Heal. is our commitment to making mental and emotional wellbeing part of everyday life β not something we only tend to when we're in crisis.
One space. Many ways to heal.

I honestly didn't expect to find something like Mana Temple in the Macedon Ranges.
It's so much more than a yoga studio. The classes are longer, there's no pressure to be good. Just genuine teachers that want you to feel good about being on the mat. Every time I walk in I immediately feel amazing about belonging to this studio. Itβs so beautiful.
What I love most though, is that there's always something happening. From yoga special nights and sound journeys to workshops, community events and guest facilitators, there's always an opportunity to learn something new or connect with like-minded people.

This is a space that feels welcoming, thoughtful and genuinely community-focused. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, you'll feel comfortable here.
It's become one of my favourite places to spend time, and I leave every visit feeling calmer, more grounded and already looking forward to the next one. So glad I came on as a member!

From the moment I walked into Mana Temple, I felt welcome.
It isn't intimidating or exclusive like some studios can be. The classes are spacious, the teachers are incredibly supportive, and there's a real sense that everyone belongs, regardless of experience.
What keeps me coming back is the variety. One week I'm enjoying a beautiful yoga class, the next I'm attending a workshop or community event. It feels like a place that's always evolving
How We Move, Feel, Heal
At Mana Temple, healing happens through the body first.
Our movement studio, practitioner offerings, workshops and immersions all follow one philosophy: regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and let the rest unfold from there.
We move slowly and intentionally - through somatic movement, slow flow, yin, dance-based release, and hands-on support - so your system learns safety instead of survival.
In the practitioner room, kinesiology, somatic therapy and bodywork help you unwind deeper patterns the body has been holding.
And through community workshops, sound baths, elemental journeys and immersive experiences, youβre guided into connection, release, and embodied renewal in ways most studios never touch.
Whether you step into a class, a 1:1 session, or a full-length workshop, everything here is designed to help you feel again, breathe again, and come back into relationship with yourself.
What People Are Saying
Where the Nervous System Comes Home.
I founded Mana Temple because I saw how many of us were moving through life in a survival loop. Here in Kyneton, I wanted to build a space where the nervous system could come home.
Movement, touch, breath - these arenβt add-ons; theyβre the bodyβs original language. Within these walls, we let the body speak, unwind, and remember what safety feels like.
This space is my offering to the community and to our ongoing wellbeing as a whole.
