She owns a Wellness Studio and a Yoga Studio in Melbourne, Australia with the focus on the education, health, regulation and healing of the nervous system. With years of experience in holistic healing, Chelsey specializes in guiding clients through transformative journeys of physical and emotional release, using somatic and body-centered practices to unlock deeper levels of healing and self-awareness.
