Our classes are built around movement that feels good in your body — with space to slow down, modify, rest, explore or challenge yourself when you want to.
There’s no keeping up and no perfect practice. Some days you might want to move, sweat and feel strong. Other days you might need the floor, a bolster and somewhere to exhale.
From Vinyasa and Hatha to Mellow Flow, Yin and Kundalini, find the practice that meets you where you are.
Come as you are. Practice at your pace. Move in your own way.

We try to be as family friendly as possible while still balancing those who seek an adult space to switch off. For regular yoga classes, the space is mostly reserved for adult practice. We do allow children 14+ in our regular classes on a case-by-case basis. If you have a teen who would love to flow, we encourage you to get in contact. For our members, independent & responsible children under 14, are welcome to lounge in reception while you flow. We know that sometimes the only way you can make it to the mat is by having a little human tag along too and that’s ok - just get in contact with us first.
