Just yourself. Mats and props are available at the studio, though you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.

Absolutely. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Whether it’s your very first class or you’ve been practicing for years, you’ll be supported by our teachers and community

We recommend Slow Flow, Mellow Flow, or Still Flow for your first experience. These classes move at a slower pace and give plenty of space to learn and rest.

Yes, please book through our schedule online to secure your spot. Some classes fill quickly, and booking helps us keep the space intentional and comfortable for everyone.

If it’s your first time at the Temple, our Intro Pass is the best way to explore different classes and teachers. It gives you unlimited access for a set period, so you can find your flow.

Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes before class starts. Doors are locked once class begins to maintain a safe and uninterrupted space.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available near the studio. We recommend arriving a little early the first time to get settled.

We try to be as family friendly as possible while still balancing those who seek an adult space to switch off. For regular yoga classes, the space is mostly reserved for adult practice. We do allow children 14+ in our regular classes on a case-by-case basis. If you have a teen who would love to flow, we encourage you to get in contact. For our members, independent & responsible children under 14, are welcome to lounge in reception while you flow. We know that sometimes the only way you can make it to the mat is by having a little human tag along too and that’s ok - just get in contact with us first.

Yes. Every class has limited space. Late cancellations or no-shows prevent someone else from being able to practice. The fee is a way of respecting the space, the teacher, and the wider community. This policy is noted at time of booking.

Memberships can be cancelled by contacting us directly. We simply ask for notice in line with your agreement so we can process the change smoothly.
