Mana Somatic Retreat

UNTAMED: The Retreat

Not every retreat is built the same. Some are escapes. Some are resets. Untamed is neither. It is a remembering. A call back to the body you’ve silenced, the emotions you’ve buried, the wildness you’ve been told to tame.

For six days in Bali, we will gather inside a private villa to move, breathe, release, and reconnect with the raw truth that lives beneath conditioning.

Untamed is about dissolving the walls between your body and your spirit, letting the nervous system unravel its grip, and stepping into a deeper rhythm of freedom.

Every session, ritual, and ceremony is woven from the foundation of Mana Energetics a body-led approach founded by Chelsey Power & designed to unlock stored emotion, clear energetic imprints, and bring you back into the power of your own body. This retreat is all about embodiment, nervous system unwinding and healing in co-regulation.

From the moment you arrive, there is a sense that the pace of life begins to shift.

Mornings unfold slowly, with the rhythm of breath and movement easing you awake before the table is set for nourishing meals shared in community.

Workshops in the shala invite you deeper into your body, where tension begins to soften and long-held emotions finally find space to move.

Afternoons bring quiet, a time to rest, float in the pool, or simply be with your journal as the day settles around you.

Evenings carry their own medicine: firelight, sound, cacao, and ritual that remind you of the parts of yourself you may have forgotten.

In this space, you are both held and free - supported by circle, guided by practice, and surrounded by the natural beauty of Uluwatu.

You’ll leave not only rested, but renewed, carrying home a felt sense of connection, release, and belonging.

Your Experience

  • Daily practices designed to awaken, ground, and release.

    • Morning vinyasa to energise

    • Evening yin to soften and restore

    • Somatic group work using the Untamed method

  • Every day is layered with practices and support to help your system unwind.

    • Daily workshops in the shala: deep somatic & nervous system work with Chelsey

    • Sacred ceremonies: fire ritual, sound journeys, elemental practices

    • Optional healing therapies - massage, acupuncture, spa treatments

    • Curated excursions: temple visit, Balinese purification, waterfall, and sunset beach fire

  • Three plant-based, farm-to-table meals are included each day, prepared by experienced on-site Balinese chefs. Ingredients are locally sourced, organic, and cooked with the highest care - no seed oils, only clean, high-grade food to support your body’s rhythm.

    • Meat available on request at a small additional cost

    • Meals served at long ceremonial-style tables indoors and on the open-air deck

Dining together becomes part of the retreat container - beautifully decorated long tables, nourishing dishes, and a rhythm of eating that feels as ceremonial as it is restorative.

  • Rest is not an afterthought here, it’s part of the medicine. Between practices, workshops, and ceremonies, space is intentionally created for you to slow down, integrate, and simply be. Whether it’s sinking into your room, journaling by the pool, or floating in the water, rest is where the body lands and the nervous system rewires.

    • 45 minutes from Denpasar airport

    • Just minutes from some of Bali’s most stunning beaches

    • Surrounded by jungle paths, hidden caves, and ocean vistas

    • Close to Uluwatu’s cultural heartbeat - daily offerings, temples, and Balinese ritual life

Who is This Retreat For?

This retreat is for the woman who feels the call to return to herself … and to others.

You might be arriving tired, stretched thin, or holding emotions you’ve carried for years.

You may feel the ache of disconnection, craving community and sisterhood that feels real, safe, and nourishing. Or perhaps you simply know there is something more, a deeper connection, a sense of freedom, a space to land fully in your body.

This is for you if you’re ready to:

  • Step out of the noise and into a container that holds you completely

  • Reconnect with your body through movement, breath, and somatic practice

  • Be witnessed in circle, surrounded by women who see you without judgment

  • Experience the medicine of community, laughter, ritual, and shared meals

  • Rest deeply in luxury while exploring ceremony and healing

  • Leave with more than memories, leave with a felt sense of safety, belonging, and renewal

Whether you come alone or with a friend, Untamed is for women who want more than a holiday. It is for women who are ready to meet themselves and to find sisterhood along the way.

Retreat Feels &
Facilities

  • This is where the heart-work happens. In the yoga shala, you’ll be guided into movement, breath, and ceremony. Our retreat offers a space built for nervous system restoration and deeper connection to your body. Every cushion, bolster, and blanket is here to hold you as you drop in. Sometimes we’ll take practice outside, flowing under the Balinese sun or the quiet of dusk.

    Feeling: Supported, safe, and expansive.

Purpose: To open your body, anchor your presence, and create space for release.

  • Your body is given every chance to let go. In the spa sanctuary, you’ll move between heat, cold, and flow. You have access to an onsite sauna, cold plunge, pool, waterfall showers to regulate and reset your system. You can also choose deeper one-on-one healing through massage, acupuncture, or bodywork with skilled therapists.

    Feeling: Restored, cleansed, and renewed.

Purpose: To regulate your nervous system and invite your body into balance.

  • You’ll gather around the fire pit for cacao and ceremony, moments that stir something ancient, something communal. By day, you’ll rest by the pool, share laughter on the deck, or retreat into quiet corners for reflection. Meals become rituals too: flowers, candles, long tables, and the energy of women gathering as one.

Feeling: Connected, held, and deeply human.

Purpose: To remember the medicine of community and the healing power of sisterhood.

  • Three times a day you’ll sit down to meals created with care by our onsite Balinese chefs. Food here is more than sustenance. It’s a ceremony of colour, flavour, and intention. Fresh juices, teas, and barista coffee weave through the day, keeping you nourished and present.

Feeling: Grounded, nourished, and full of life.

Purpose: To fuel your body as it heals, so you can stay present for the deeper work.

  • Together we’ll step into the sacred landscape of Bali, honouring its rituals, elements, and beauty. These moments deepen the journey, weaving cultural immersion with personal discovery.

    What’s included:

    • Water purification ceremony with a Balinese priest - an ancient practice of cleansing and renewal

    • Sunset beach trip + traditional fire dance - honouring the rhythm of land, ocean, and spirit

    • Sound bath journey - guided vibrations to release and restore

    • Human Design workshop - an invitation to explore the blueprint of your energy and expression

    • Time by the ocean - beach strolls, salt water, and moments of stillness

Feeling: Connected, expansive, alive in both body and spirit.

Purpose: To root your journey not only in personal healing but in the energy, culture, and elements of Bali.

Meet Your Facilitator

For most, time with Chelsey is limited to private 1:1 sessions or the rare workshop. Untamed: The Retreat is one of the only ways to experience six uninterrupted days in her presence, where every ceremony, practice, and conversation is personally guided by her.

Chelsey is the founder of Mana Temple Studios and the creator of Mana Energetics, a body-led method of emotional release and nervous system realignment. With over 12 years working in somatic therapy and kinesiology, she is known for her raw, grounded approach that goes far beyond surface healing.

This retreat offers something rarely available: direct, daily access to Chelsey’s work, energy, and guidance in an intimate circle

My role is to support your nervous system in letting go, so your body can do what it was always meant to do — heal.
